This candlelit program of music and readings has become a highlight of our season. Each year we select poems and music that evokes the peace and watchfulness of the Advent season, the quiet of the Winter Solstice, and the sense of hope as we begin the New Year.

Our annual candlelight program celebrating Advent, the Solstice, Christmas, and the coming of the New Year has become a highlight of our season. Featuring music and readings reflective of the season, this quiet hour is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and enjoy a moment of peace during this holiday season. This year’s program will include both traditional and contemporary musical works as well as diverse readings from ancient texts through contemporary literature. We will be presenting this program twice:
